Ratten Reich changes
Hi everyone, we want to share some new updates and fixes to our project. A few innovations and many small and large fixes
New Features
New Map: Level 0 - Training Level
Training Level Events Logic
Added new music for the Asian company
Added ERS faction as player-controlled units
Added RD faction as units under enemy AI control
Added an amphibious APC wheeled combat vehicle as a unit under enemy AI control
Updated the design of unit cards in the game UI
Added X-RAY effect for cases when units are blocked by obstacles
A unit can now only be in one fixed squad, not several at once
Added additional animated low health indication for player units
Added destination point markers when commanding units to move
The formation system has been completely redesigned
Added burst firing for automatic rifle guns
The mortar now fires three consecutive shots instead of one
Rotate units formation via hold rmb
Added the ability to rotate the camera using the Q and E keys
Added ability to select all units simultaneously using CTRL+A key combination
Added indicators-icons over artillery guns
Added debuff effect of slowing down the speed of movement of units in difficult conditions (water, mud, climbs, thickets, etc.)
Fixes & Improvements
Level 1-2 – localization fix
Level 1-2 – side quest award fix
The heal point (medic ability) now heals units that are in a delineated area, rather than all over the map.
Solved issue with grenade disappearing
Grenade damage calculation upgrade
AI behavior improved
Improved rendering of prediction trajectory and damage area for grenades
Improved grenade physics on contact with surfaces - now the grenade does not bounce off the ground
Fixed calculation of acutal grenades in the ability widget
Removed the unit stamina feature
Reworked small arms firing logic from projektails to raycasts
VFX of small arms firing has been redesigned
Fixed problems when spawning enemy units
Fixed problems with selecting single units by mouse click
Fixed a problem caused by a broken animation of putting on a gas mask
Fixed a crash when leaving artillery
Fixed problems with cover points
Improved the logic of bullet hitting effects on different types of surfaces
