Once again, there were a lot of tiny issues and tweaks along with some major fixes:

Game Over screen is properly removed in final Promotion
You can no longer end in Infinite loop after being stabbed
BONUS doors are now properly open/closed after load/entering
You should no longer partially lose progress after switching from DEMO to a release version
After-load wrong music bug has been fixed
