Future Update Notice

Hello dear leaders of Ratopia!!

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who continues to love Ratopia, even in the sweltering summer heat. Recently, we have seen questions in the community such as, “Will there be no more updates?” Before anything else, we sincerely apologize for not being able to ease such concerns in advance. Through this notice, we would like to share the current development status to relieve your worries, and also inform you about our upcoming update plans while receiving your feedback more openly. First of all, the nearest update is scheduled for the end of September.

September Update Preview

The update we have been preparing over the past two months will include the following elements:

• - New Purgon defensive structure - Purging Stele - New Royal structures - Phonograph - New Decorations such as pillars - New starting Leader Characters - Calm Strategist, Gracious Diplomat - Additional Language: Italian

Update Roadmap

We are planning two small-scale updates and one content update in the future. As the game volume expands, new content and systems require significant development costs and testing time, making it difficult to implement dramatic changes or revisions. However, we aim to make the most efficient use of our time so that, in the end, you will be able to enjoy a game that has been improved as much as possible.

• - Minor Updates (September 2025, December 2025 → January 2026) These updates will focus mainly on minor additions and convenience features. While the changes may not feel dramatic, our aim is to show that the game is being steadily polished over time. - Content Update (February 2026 → Summer 2026) We plan to introduce new content and systems to bring you even greater enjoyment. While there are still many areas that require research and cannot yet be confirmed, the general ideas we are considering include: - New dungeon content - New invasion system - New diplomacy content - New structures - New Leader Perks and Milestones - Quality of life improvements

Since release, many players have shared diverse suggestions, and we have been actively referring to them. At the same time, to gather opinions from a broader perspective, we would like to hold a vote.
