📱 Mobile Interface

We continue adapting all these new systems for mobile devices. The progression screens have been redesigned to fit smaller screens, reorganizing the information to make it easier to read and navigate.

We are also already implementing the new designs in-game, making sure the mobile experience is on the same level as the PC version.

📖 Tutorial V2 and Onboarding

The second version of the tutorial is now fully implemented, and we are currently in the final phase of bug fixing and polishing. We have also added new illustrations and visual elements to make the introduction much clearer.

In addition, we have added a new tutorial system to explain features such as Trophy Road. We are also using analytics tools to compare player behavior between the original tutorial and Tutorial V2.

This will allow us to continue improving the new player experience based on real player data.

🎮 Mobile Controls

Touch controls are also continuing to improve. During this sprint, we carried out new tests and prepared a new Android version that will allow us to continue testing and refining the control system before launch.

🧠 Characters, Skins, and New Enemies

Maya’s Skin 4 has now been integrated into the game, while we continue working on the character selection screens and new presentation animations that will give each Raider an even stronger identity within the UI.

When it comes to enemies, we are already exploring two new concepts.

The first is Freezer, whose initial design is now finished. Prototyping will begin soon to see how it fits into the gameplay.

We have also started working on Ice Mimic, a new enemy that is still in the concept stage.

🌍 Level Design and Environments

The planets have received a major polish pass during this sprint. Planet 3 has completed this process and has moved into the testing phase, while Planet 2 has also almost finished its entire polish pass and only needs the final checks before it is completed.

We have also standardized the scale of environmental elements so that all areas feel much more consistent. Thanks to new tools and improvements to our workflow, objects such as fences, structures, and other elements now have a consistent size throughout the game.

We have also optimized our shared asset library by reducing duplicate materials and improving the organization of meshes and resources, making development much more efficient.

The water system has also received important improvements. We replaced the old transparent system with a new solution that works much better with the environment fog.

Finally, we have adjusted the visual presentation of the levels so that playable areas are much easier to identify. We have increased the contrast and made the difference between the main gameplay area and the rest of the environment clearer.

🏁 Sprint Wrap-Up

This sprint has been focused on polishing key systems such as Trophy Road, the new Tutorial V2, and the planets, while continuing to prepare new gameplay features and improve the experience on both PC and mobile devices.
