🎮 Raiders Rise – Sprint 30 Community Update
Welcome to a new update! This sprint has been focused on the demo, the Battle Pass, new mobile features, and lots of visual content. We have also continued improving the gameplay experience thanks to community feedback. Here’s everything we’ve been working on.
🧩 Demo, Battle Pass, and Store Systems
🎯 Separation Between Demo and Full Game
There is now a clear distinction between demo players and full game players.
Demo users now:
See specific indicators inside the interface
Cannot access the full store or premium purchases
Players with the full game keep full access to:
Store systems
Battle Pass features
Purchases and rewards
🎁 Battle Pass Improvements
We continue improving the Battle Pass flow:
The reward claim system has been improved
Rewards can now be claimed individually
New visual effects have also been added for:
Unlocks
Reward progression
Battle Pass purchases
We also continue polishing:
Store visuals
Battle Pass presentation
Reward screens
🧠 Tutorial and Gameplay Polish
✅ Tutorial Iteration
A large part of the sprint has focused on improving the tutorial and integrating player feedback.
Improvements include:
Better visual guidance
More dynamic directional indicators
Less confusion during the early experience
The tutorial flow continues to be refined based on:
Community feedback
Playtesting sessions
🎬 Visual Feedback and UX
We have also updated:
Victory screens
UI transitions
In-game indicators
All focused on improving:
Clarity
Readability
Experience for new players
📱 Android and Mobile Development
📲 Android Prototype
The first Android version is already working and can be tested.
Implemented features include:
Virtual joystick controls
Mobile-specific testing tools
⚙️ Mobile Optimization
A new graphics mode for mobile devices has been added, optimized for low-end and mid-range phones.
It includes:
Reduced shadows
Post-processing adjustments
Lower 3D rendering resolution while keeping the UI sharp
🧠 Characters, Skins, and Animation
🎨 New Skins and Cosmetics
Several new skins are finished or close to completion:
Lence skin
Nicola Skin
Zantetsu Skin
Skreel Skin
Kathy Skin
New cosmetic variants are also still in production.
😊 Facial Expression System
The character expression system has been expanded with:
Blinking
Facial expressions
More dynamic idle behaviors
It is already implemented on the newest characters.
🌍 Level Design and Environments
🗺 Planet 3 Completed
All Planet 3 levels are now finished.
The final passes for the following have also been completed:
Colliders
Gameplay adjustments
🏜 Desert Biome Expansion
We continue working on new desert biome variants and visually differentiating its different areas.
Added features include:
New props
Environmental variations
Better environment readability
🏁 Sprint Wrap-Up
This sprint has been key to strengthening the demo, advancing mobile development, finishing Planet 3, and continuing to expand visual content and core systems.
