Ragtag Heroes : CO-OP Deckbuilder changes
Best Time to Jump In!
Ragtag Heroes is part of the Steam Deckbuilder Fest (May 4 @ 10:00am PDT to May 11 @ 10:00am PDT). To mark the occasion we’re running the biggest discount the game has had so far: 25% off.
This discount is applied on top of the already reduced Early Access price, making this the lowest price the game will have before 1.0.
We plan to increase the price with the full release, so this is the best time to jump in if you’ve been watching the game.
A Co-op Deckbuilder Built for Teamplay
Ragtag Heroes is not a solo deckbuilder with co-op added on top. It’s designed from the ground up around shared decisions, team synergy, and interaction between players.
You control a party of heroes across lanes, combine decks, and manipulate turn order together. The outcome of a run doesn’t just depend on your own build, but on how well your team coordinates—timing plays, sharing resources, and adapting when things don’t go as planned. The same systems that enable powerful combos can also create mistakes, friction, and last-second recoveries.
What’s Changed Since Early Access
Since the Early Access release, the game has evolved significantly.
We’ve added a new world, the Highlands of Kharadun, introduced a new playable hero (Cleric), and expanded the game with new enemies, cards, relics, and environments. Core systems have also been pushed further, including reworked guard mechanics and new ambush encounters that add more risk and decision-making to each run.
Alongside that, we’ve continued improving multiplayer stability, balance, and overall quality of life.
What’s Coming Next
Development is ongoing, and there’s still a lot planned on the road to 1.0.
Additional heroes with new playstyles
More worlds and variations within the corruption system
Expanded card and relic pools for deeper build variety
Continued multiplayer improvements and stability
Further balance and progression tuning
Final act and true ending
The goal is to keep expanding replayability while refining the core co-op experience.
During the Fest
If you’ve been curious about Ragtag Heroes, this is the best time to jump in.
And if you enjoy your runs, leaving a review during the event makes a real difference in helping the game reach more players.
Thanks for following along, and we hope to see you in-game.
