Fixed the Grade [D] and \ effects of Mars Armor-LT [1], Vulcanus Armor-LT [1], and Venus Feather Armor-LT [1]. Effects now work as intended.
New Dim Glacier Ring of Resonance (Hyper Novice, Imperial Guard, Sky Emperor, and Elemental Master) can now be enchanted through NPC Jekyll.
