changedCall for Backup is a spiritual successor to Radio Commander - one of the most innovative real-time strategies in recent years. But with a twist! Serious Sim - the team behind Radio Commander - was not interested in developing a safe and obvious continuation. That’s why Call for Backup is a weird, funny, bold, and ambitious mix of two genres - a real-time strategy where the player possesses limited knowledge about a battlefield and a fast-paced twin-stick shooter.
changedhttps://store.steampowered.com/app/1631580/Call_For_Backup/ The game - which includes a single-player campaign, but is best played in an up to 4 players co-op mode - shares a commander view with Radio Commander. While up to 3 players control drones on the surface, the commander looks over the strategic map, sends supplies and bombardments. But the commander can’t see the whole situation - that’s why constant communication within the team is crucial to success.
changedThe game will debut in Early Access so that the team will have a chance to gather feedback and create the best game possible. After all, Call for Backup is designed primarily as a co-op game. We would like to encourage all players to send their feedback and thank them in advance!
