Fixed so the TotalMode gamemode actually ends when there is 1 race left, instead of ending when there are 0 races left.
Adjusted the tracklength calculation algorithm so that it doesn't cut down on the tracklength so aggressively if someone is slow. Instead of cutting up to 75% it now cuts up to only 25%.
Fixed a bug where 1 tile would lose its timesmod x? if you clicked undo.
Added a force-reset on hotkey-settings if you start up the game with two identical hotkey for the same scene. So like you can't have ready and undo both be space, and you can't have W be the hotkey to both brakes and throttle. Well, you can, but it will reset the next time the game starts up.
And it also resets on general incorrectness of the hotkey file.
