addedAdded new tiles Left Rotator and Tireboost Heater.
addedAdded new element called "heat" which can be gained through the new tile Tireboost Heater. Heat basically scales your tireboost, but is expended each turn based on how much tireboost was active and yellow.
addedAdded sandbox mode to singleplayer.
