文件名乱码原因已查明：从网页上传STEAM的ZIP压缩包的时，解压缩会导致中文文件名变乱码。 以前没有这种问题。可能STEAM官方最近有更新，兼容性还不稳定。 我换成SDK方式再次打包上传，现在没有BUG了。
