Hey there! We've been working hard on the final version of this game in time for July 16th.
However, there's been so much work done on the quality-of-life side of things, we wanted to release a new version of the demo with some of these features in so you can have a better idea of what the full game will be like. This includes:
Steam post image- Calibark, a Puppergeist who administers calibration tests! He'll ask if you want to try his test before Cerberus's Trial, or you can find him in the Underworld Entrance if you want to try recalibrating.
You can now play the demo in 日本語!
The Gallery feature is now available! You won't be able to unlock a lot of images in the demo though.
Cutscenes are now properly framed with these cute borders. (We already had these, but sometimes they wouldn't show up when they should.)
Dialogue now has a subtle typing text! Maybe too subtle? Let us know what you think.
Pressing a button to close the pause menu should no longer also register as a rhythm game input.
Improved GUI!
And probably a long list of other things that we've forgot to write down.
No new content has been added--you'll have to wait for the full release on July 16th for that! But if you've been having trouble playing the demo before, now's a good time to try again.
