addedAfter a long, long time, a new update arrived! Hi everyone, I'm GhostDev and I'm here to tell you about the new improvements and additions in this upgrade.
addedGames modesFirst, two new game modes were added: team deathmatch, which is fairly self-explanatory, and hook shot, a mode where players have to fight for control of a ball and throw it into hoops by jumping with the ball; the first to make 5 baskets wins. Adding these modes and preparing for future additions required some internal changes to the game's organization. Mode and arena selection now occur before player selection, resulting in a smoother gameflow. Steam post image
addedGameplay improvementsI had already begun experimenting with new map aspect ratios and camera sizes in the previous version, and with this update I've further improved it, providing a better 16:9 aspect ratio. This allows for more space for fights and adjustments in virtually all arenas, along with their respective UI and visual element tweaks. Several new sounds were also added to enhance interactions. A demo will also be available in the coming days; it will only have one arena and the classic mode. Finally, new Steam achievements were also added. Steam post image
addedOptimizationIn terms of performance, the game should continue to run as well as it has until now despite adding and making important internal changes, but one of the biggest changes is the disk size, reducing it by more than 100MB (it's not a heavy game, but this change means a 20% reduction in size).
