What is the 2nd Closed Alpha Test?

We're currently preparing the 2nd Closed Alpha Test. The detailed schedule will be announced separately once confirmed.

Building on feedback and iterations from the recent closed Community Test, this Closed Alpha brings the latest version of the game to players across all regions.

Applications open on today, May 8th. Secure your spot now.

Head to the PUBG: Black Budget Steam store page and click"Request Playtest."If selected, you'll receive a notification and email from Steam. You can also check your status directly on the store page.

💡 After applying, make sure to join our official Discord. All key information, including test schedules, and feedback instructions — will be shared on Discord. If you're not on Discord, updates will also be available on the Steam Hub.

Who can participate?

This is a global test open to players across major regions. We aim to invite as many players as possible, though some limitations may apply due to technical or regional constraints.

  • Platform: PC (Steam)

Minimum System Requirements

  • OS: Windows 11 (Minimum)

  • CPU: 6-Core Processor (Intel® Core™ i5-8400, AMD Ryzen 5 2600 equivalent)

  • GPU: NVIDIA RTX 2060 / AMD AMD Radeon RX 6600 (8GB VRAM minimum)

  • RAM: 16 GB

  • DirectX: Version 12

  • Disk Space: 30 GB

  • Internet: Stable broadband connection required

  • No. Players are free to stream, record, and share gameplay content.

Q: How do friend invites work?

  • Once the test begins, each player can invite up to 2 friends via Steam. You must have been Steam friends for at least 30 days to send an invite.

  • Friend invites may be disabled early depending on server capacity and concurrent player volume.

Q: What regions are eligible?

  • Steam Playtest access will be available to players in North America, Europe (including CIS), and Asia.
