PUBG: Black Budget Hotfix Complete & Test Key Issue Resolution

The maintenance scheduled for today has been successfully completed as of 00:00 KST.

We apologize once again for the inconvenience caused by the recent frequency of maintenance.

In addition, we identified an issue where some users were unable to register their test keys due to a message indicating that the key had already been used.

This issue has been addressed through today’s maintenance, and we would like to provide the following guidance.

TEST KEY INFORMATION

• Eligible recipients: Users whose previous test key was showed that it was already used and therefore could not be registered

• AddedHow to receive a new keyVisit the Drops website and click the “Claim Drops Reward” button as before to obtain a new key

• Availability: New keys will be claimable starting from December 13 (Sat), 07:00 PST

  • These keys are provided separately from the daily refreshed test key supply.

We have also learned that the number of players participating in the test has exceeded our expectations, revealing areas where our prepared environment was not sufficient. We apologize once again for not being able to provide a more stable environment and will continue working to improve the service.

We are aware that, while announcements are being shared through our official community channels, important updates are not being displayed in real time for players who are currently in-game.

We sincerely apologize for this. Although this feature is not available during the current test, we are considering improvements so that important notices can be displayed in-game in future updates.
