Hey everyone, So… a few folks have been shocked by the game. That’s fair. It’s not exactly a cozy walk through a haunted forest with spooky whispers and candles.

changed🔧 This game is fiction. I’m not the character. I don’t own a power drill (unless IKEA counts). I’m a solo dev who wanted to make something intentionally messed up , because that’s what horror is supposed to do: get under your skin , not tuck you in at night.

So… a few folks have been shocked by the game. That’s fair. It’s not exactly a cozy walk through a haunted forest with spooky whispers and candles. It’s dark, it’s brutal, and yeah, you play as the villain.

Some players have called me a “ psycho ” for making it. Others were disturbed that the bad guy gets away in the end.

Let’s clear the air:

🔧 This game is fiction. I’m not the character. I don’t own a power drill (unless IKEA counts). I’m a solo dev who wanted to make something intentionally messed up, because that’s what horror is supposed to do: get under your skin, not tuck you in at night.

even though... I find it edgy as well, and it was intentional.

🎬 You saw the trailer.

It didn’t lie. No one sold this as a feel-good redemption arc. You knew what you were walking into... and if you didn’t, welcome to horror that actually bites.

🔚 The villain escapes.

Yeah. Because sometimes, in real life, evil slips away. I didn’t make this for people who need moral closure at the end. I made it for people who want to stare into the dark and walk away a little shaken.

📝 One more thing:

Let’s separate the art from the artist.

You don’t know me in real life... and calling me a psycho over a fictional story isn’t just unfair, it’s also not something anyone wants to hear. I get that the game’s disturbing, but that doesn’t mean that I am.

If it made you uncomfortable, good. If you hated it, fair.

Thanks for playing it, appreciate it!
