addedAdded Vote Forfeit option in Pause Menu (press ESC while playing)

addedAdded Curve Lock, when setting a spin (right click to enter spin mode) press WASD to set curve direction, press ALT to lock that curve direction. When locked you can move character any direction without affecting curve direction.
