Hello everyone, we're delighted to announce the release of PROPHUNT Early Access 0.5 today! This new version fixes over fifty bugs, adds new features, modifies numerous game elements and lays the foundations for our new vision of PROPHUNT. More updates coming soon!

ADDED
Soundboard for props to taunt hunters ("BETA" feature)
Double jump for props with sound played on second jump ("BETA" feature not enabled by default)
Advanced fireworks color customization
Option to customize the color of each team in the settings
UPDATED
Rework of the "Warehouse" map
Anti-AFK for props has been released from its "BETA" phase and is now enabled by default. Launching a taunt will now stop anti-AFK, and other bugs have been fixed
All user interfaces have been redesigned, including new features, optimizations and numerous text and bug fixes
The font has been changed to allow translations to be implemented in future updates.
Lighting and shadows have been made fully dynamic using LUMEN technology
The fireworks particle has been reworked to make it more visible and customizable
Custom key assignment has been temporarily deactivated to make way for a "QWERTY" or "AZERTY" configuration
The damage taken by hunters when touching a false prop is now 2 instead of 4
Chat now remains invisible even when activated if no message is sent during the game
Project migration from Unreal Engine 4.27 to Unreal Engine 5.2 including performance improvements, bug fixes and stability enhancements
The in-game "News" button now leads to PROPHUNT's Steam news hub
FIXED
A problem prevented props from replaying a taunt after the first one
Taunt points were sometimes attributed to the game host
A problem sometimes prevented hunters from spawning on the map
A problem sometimes prevented team swapping between rounds.
Code optimization including network optimization and improved stability
Many animation problems fixed
Many sound problems have been fixed
Many collision problems fixed
Many problems with 3D models have been fixed
Many improvements and fixes have been applied to game elements
REMOVED
The "Police Station" map has been removed as it didn't work well with in-game features
Saving and loading match settings has been removed to make it easier to add new game settings for next updates
The "Help" menu has been removed to speed up the production of new updates
