Projected Dreams changes
We've been working on Projected Dreams for about a year and a half now, showing demo after demo at various events like Zurich PopCon and Fantasy Basel. We are now at a point where we can confidently release the first beta demo of Projected Dreams for a limited time to gather feedback and new ideas for the game!
During October, we will be exhibiting the demo at this year's Zurich PopCon, EGX London, and Herofest!
We're super excited to hear what you think about the beta so far, so please let us know if you found any bugs, have any new ideas, and more!
There's more!
Since this is the beta demo, the final version will have a lot more to offer. We have a few things planned that we talked about on our Discord, but let me list them here as well:
The storybook
This book can be used as the main menu of the game. By flipping through the pages, you can choose which level or setting you want to replay. It also summarizes the main story and may even hide some levels you need to find first.
This is a super early screenshot as we are mainly working on the level selection right now. Other things we'd like to add are:
Animated, new chapter selection illustrations - Fleshed out story told through the book and shadow silhouettes - Ability to find hidden levels inside the book - Level rating to encourage replayability
The Story
While we can't say much about the story yet, this part will be completely reworked in the current demo. We plan to give our main character Senka much more depth.
If you want to give us feedback and support the development of our game, feel free to join our Discord server to talk about all things cozy and nostalgic and give feedback!
Love always, Flawberry Studio
