Developers Update for Christmas 2025

Hello patient gamers, last time we shared our progress we optimistically gave an end-of-year release window for our game, and that has unfortunately not come to pass.

last time we shared our progress we optimistically gave an end-of-year release window for our game, and that has unfortunately not come to pass. We underestimated the scope of what had yet to be done, and even redoubling our efforts didn’t get us there in time.

That does not mean we sat on our hands the whole time: in these months work on environment enrichment, which is nearing completion, has been steady, but the areas in which we’ve made the most progress were 3D models and UI, specifically the journal and inventory, which we’re really close to completing.

Before the end of the year we plan to wrap up what’s left of our menus, closing the book on one aspect of the game.

Our prediction for a release date now is spring 2026, so keep your ear to the ground for what will, hopefully, be our last announcement before release.
