Content rework and new cars and tracks!

Big content rework now live in game! Multiple fixes to cars and maps courtesy of Facepalm. I have also reworked the pack files that contain all the game's files.

addedBig content rework now live in game! Multiple fixes to cars and maps courtesy of Facepalm. I have also reworked the pack files that contain all the game's files. This has lead to a reduction in size from ~10GB down to 3.3GB! Lots of new cars added to the game.
