- Gameplay
- Fixes
- Maps
- Store
After talking with you on Discord, and reading reviews, emails, and messages on our social media, we have decided to start shifting the direction of the game, just as we did previously with Project Nightmares. As far as we know, we have completely solved the issues mentioned below, but if some of them persist, please let us know.
Version 1.005 - Critical Fixes
The entire networking layer has been updated to a new version to reduce data transmission and bandwidth usage.
Fixed a bug where items dropped to the ground sometimes disappeared.
Fixed a bug where items on the floor could clip into the ground.
Fixed the blur effect when looking at the ground.
Fixed a bug where mission objects would sometimes disappear when dropped.
Changed the console key from F1 to Insert.
Corrected the Simplified Chinese translation.
Adjusted the sonar mechanic to prevent confusion. Since there is no inventory system, the sonar will no longer highlight items already held in hand.
Fixed the issue where items not ready for interaction would still light up.
New Features
Started work on a tutorial to make the gameplay easier to understand. This should be ready by next Friday.
Upcoming Changes
We will be making adjustments to some gameplay elements to prevent instant kills and make it more accessible.
Introducing difficulty modes to cater to different play styles.
We are changing Henrietta's AI. Currently, Henrietta is blind but can hear across the entire map, which makes it too challenging. We will be modifying this to make the gameplay less punishing.
Planned Fixes
The points and experience system is currently not working correctly, and this is something we plan to fix. Our goal is to ensure that points and experience are accurately tracked during Early Access, so achievements are not lost upon the full release.
Players will be able to use points to purchase skins, and experience will unlock new abilities in the future.
Thank you for your ongoing support! 😄
