Project D20 changes
Welcome Back!
To Chapter 2!
Hello everyone welcome to Chapter 2, we were supposed to do a video introduction but we have been working hard. We also have been asking around, "What would you feel about a different art style than a realistic one?", Most of the answers we got were yes, we are going to be adding this new style for free. Everyone will have access to this! We will love for different types of player's can be combined in one game!
We are going to be adding an additional 5 new maps. More to come as well.
Toon Maps!
Toon_Village
Toon_Shrine
Toon_Forest
Toon_Woodland
Toon_OpenWorld
Toon will be also getting more maps after launch. We are also adding more maps in the future free of charge. So this is big news. I will give you guys our first sneak peek view of our Toon worlds.
Toon_Shrine is a majestic Shrine for users to go and pray. But you might want to add some enemies to your world. Things might get a little weird.
Mini-Map
We have added a mini-map, so you guys can see where you guys are going throughout the world. It has a function zoom in and zooms out function. So we are excited for users to fully see themselves and where others are.
Server-Side Functions
So we have added a bunch of server-side functions! We have added Level Traveling to Server-Side so everyone gets transported over to the level you want to play. We also have added Server Time of Day and Weather. So these are important things and by the time Chapter 3 is uploaded, we will have the build menu fully working on the server-side.
New Map!
We have also have added a small little boss map area called Pre_Destroyed. You can decide how our campaign should run so you can edit the way you want. You can do anything with this visualizer. Pre_Destroyed will be at launch with all other maps to enjoy with your friends.
Website Lauched!
We have launched our first edition to our website, so anyone can go and see what this is about. Right now our rules section is a little buggy and not really working well with Phones. But looks great on PC. We are working on in-house rules that will be able to be shown on the website. Right now it's linked to DND Beyond's website. Soon it will be shown on our own website with official Dungeon and Dragon's 5E Rules, so you don't have to be linked to another beautiful website such as DND Beyond!
Project D20 Website
As always this is Alex, the Lead Developer at Project D20. We will see you next time. Don't forget to wishlist! See you in Chapter III.....
