We have an important update to share with you guys today: Nautic XP is now called Professional Ship Simulator. The Early Access launch on Steam is scheduled for 2026.
The new name reflects the direction the project has taken over time: a highly realistic, system‑driven maritime simulation with a strong focus on authentic ship handling, professional workflows, and true‑to‑life physics. No worries: The simulator's core vision stays the same: it's still a realistic, uncompromising ship simulation featuring large, real-world maritime environments and complex ship systems.
