Full Profanity Police update

There are now two modes available in game for the times when naughty words are not ok!
Profanity Police Mode will be activated by default so players will have to opt in to cusser mode. Mode choice will be saved.
Profanity Police Mode - where the cussing has been toned down. In this mode the enemies will say: "Hot cheese!" "Curse you!" "Motherflippin!" "Dingus!" "Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!"
When the player dies "UR DEAD FREN" appears onscreen rather than the unhinged cusser version.
Cusser Mode - the original, fully offensive experience :)
