Engine Update I've spent the last week upgrading Producer Tycoon's game engine. Most of the past week has been dedicated to fixing features that were no longer supported by the engine.

This is the main reason there is no update this week. I am hoping to have it tested and ready by the end of next week. However, there may be bugs that slip through my testing, so I appreciate any reports you can send me.

changedAlgorithm UpdatesI've been slowly changing the algorithms for song reviews. I've been trying different things in the backend to get a good balance of difficulty and rewarding. This will continue through the next several updates as more features are added. If there ever feels like a patch that feels overly difficult or highly rewarding, please let me know so I can change it as appropriate.

Contracts

Contracts have entered the testing phase. This is a basic overview of how they work.

  1. Only one contract will can be active at a time

  2. Once signed, you will be committed to a contract for the entire signing period

  3. Once signed, the record label will take a portion of your profits for every song

  4. You will get a lump sum of money once you accept.

  5. The lump sum is based off the streams per day you are getting
