Repeated intro

Hey guys! I write these newsletters every week for our email list and social media followers but I thought I wouyld start posting them here on our Steam page as well to keep you all informed. Each newsletter generally includes Pro Wrestling X development news along with whatever other wrestling/gaming/life news I feel you would enjoy. If you find it too spamming here on our Steam page and would prefer to see newsletters elsewhere but comment and let me know. It's all good in the 'hood ;) 1) Bat Shit Wrestling 2) Please Don’t Go! 3) Question of the Week 4) Quote of the Week 1) Bat Shit Wrestling ********************* So many of you have told us how much you love the crazy ragdoll physics bumps that are possible in Pro Wrestling X. And while we’ve always wanted PWX to pay respect to the old school wrestling games where wrestlers sold moves like wrestlers and not rubber chickens we totally acknowledge the amount of fun these ragdoll options are. So imagine my reaction a few days ago after our lead programmer gave us a new update and I saw that the random physics possibilities were increased exponentially. Now, when you suplex someone through a table in the corner we can trigger ragdoll in the victim when he connects with the table. Wood and bodies flying all willy nilly everywhere! 2) Please Don’t Go! ************* Mat Dickie has announced he is stepping away from game development at least temporarily. His statement is as follows: “I've been doing this long enough to know how entire eras begin and end, and the writing on the wall is as clear to me now as it was 10 years ago. But I didn't want to disappear again without giving my supporters an explanation. Although there's a lot more I wanted to do with this 2D format, even I'm getting tired of the "same old shit" and it's becoming increasingly difficult to squeeze fresh games out of an old system. The next technological leap will not occur until I step back and dedicate myself to starting from scratch behind closed doors. Forcing my hand is the frightening intolerance of every single store I've worked with - from Steam to Google and Apple. They've all made it clear that my brand of game development is not welcome on their platform, and I'd rather jump before I'm pushed. Working in this politically-correct climate is like being a jester in the court of a mad king who could execute you for any petty reason! It's a miracle I even lasted this long. My relationship with my own audience will also descend into civil war if we keep taking each other for granted. I'm tired of the same old arguments that accompany every project - from when it's released to how much it costs, and how often it's updated. Let's just accept that whatever people want from a game, it's no longer something I'm capable of delivering. All I ever wanted to do was offer gamers an alternative. I don't want to sound too negative here because my story is mostly positive, and even this will prove to be for my own good. I've accomplished everything I ever wanted to in this business - in 2D and 3D, on PC and mobile, inside the ring and outside of it. Ironically, I can't imagine a more varied resume coming out of one man?! As much as journalists and trolls like to downplay these accomplishments, objective number-crunchers like App Brain
