Full Changelog
Race
Major improvements to AI riders' energy management. These changes impact the entire game and increase the challenge provided by the AI. The AI now analyzes the course more accurately and better identifies the sections where it should increase its effort and those where it is better to recover. Leader-versus-leader behavior has also been improved, along with domestiques' effort management.
Improvements to hilly cobbled races (Flemish Classics). The AI previously applied strategies better suited to flat classics without fully taking the climbs into account.
Fixed an issue where the leader of a smaller team could sometimes join the early breakaway during less important stages at the beginning of a stage race.
- Individual Time Trialfixed an issue where riders would not pedal on the start ramp.
Fixed an issue that prevented riders from moving backward within a group while descending, even with reduced effort.
Fixed a possible crash when using the sprint train feature during a race.
Pro Cyclist
- Teammate Requestsfixed an issue preventing teammate requests from being properly taken into account.
Added Peak Form for Pro Cyclist. It now activates during "A" Targets when your form is at least 90%.
Added the ability to activate the Willpower skill during any stage of a stage race, instead of only the first one.
Fixed an issue where the 20% secondary axis training bonus was sometimes applied to the wrong attribute.
Career
- Planningfixed an issue where the recalculation button did not take all changes into account, including hierarchy and group orientation changes.
- Peak Formreduced its effect on daily form to +1 (instead of +2).
UI
Reworked the Detailed Simulation / Instant Results button.
- Careerfixed an issue where a rider's race schedule was not always displayed correctly.
- Racefixed an issue where "points of interest" informations could sometimes be cut off.
- Team Time Trialadded an icon indicating which timing rule is used (time taken on the 1st or 4th rider).
Engine / 3D
Fixed water surfaces not being rendered when using the "Low" and "Very Low" graphics settings.
Various optimizations.
Modding
Fixed an issue that could trigger a "Fail to validate textures" error message when uploading a mod.
Database
Added rider photos (U23 and Continental teams).
Numerous rider stats updates.
NOW FIXED. Regarding the Team Time Trial icon display, a small known issue remains on the Single Race race selection screen in the current open beta: the icon displayed is not correctly initialized on this page.
