Here is a list of all of the updates that have been released since the last patch notes!

  2. To gain any growth in the Juvenile stage you need to have all of your Diets equal to or greater than 50% each and 100+% total in your preferred foods.

  3. To gain any growth in the SubAdult stage you need to have all of your Diets equal to or greater than 70% each and 200+% total in your preferred foods.

  4. To gain any growth after the Adult stage you need to have all of your Diets equal to or greater than 90% each and 300+% total in your preferred foods.

New:

  • The ankylosaurus has a new model, animations, and skin textures!

  • The compsognathus has a new model, animations, and skin textures!

  • The yangchuanosaurus has been added to the game!

  • The coelophysis has been added to the game!

  • Added Toxicity and Bleeding to the debuff display.

  • The stegosaurus and kentrosaurus have new tail attack sounds.

  • Now the player can eat from mineral deposits found in the rocky biome and rare occurrences on the beaches, to gain mineral levels. Mineral levels counteract toxicity levels up to the current mineral level. You lose 2.5% minerals every time you take a drink of water.

  • Now every drink of water will remove 5% toxicity, as long as your mineral levels are greater than or equal to your toxicity levels.

  • Each biome's rare plant now contain a small amount of minerals, varying based on biome.

  • Now the player can eat from salt deposits found in the rocky biome and rare occurrences on the beaches, to gain sodium levels. Sodium levels affect your movement speed. At 0 sodium you'll move at 75% speed. At 100 sodium you'll move at 100% speed. You lose 2.5% sodium every time you take a drink of water.

  • The player now has a temperature. A new temperature is retrieved from the surrounding environment every 2.5 minutes or if overheating.

  • The debuffs "Hot Climate" and "Scorching Climate" have been added to the debuff display. These were already tied into losing different amounts of thirst. You can reduce this thirst loss by choosing the "Anhydrobiosis" trait.

  • The buff "Basking Temperature" has been added to the buff display. You bask while sitting or laying down in the rocky biome and beach biome. If you're basking you regenerate double the health when regenerating.

  • There is a new graphics option, "Ambient Light Multiplier". If your screen is too light or too dark you can adjust this to help the game's brightness levels.

  • There is a new graphics option, "Hide Actionbar", to toggle the actionbar on or off.

  • Work has began on adjusting text to work better on 1080p monitors.

Changed:

  • Footsteps now only stop abruptly when stopping movement if your species is the titanoboa.

  • Flying has been updated for the player. Now you can fly faster by holding the spacebar, and you can gain a burst of speed by pressing the shift key. Hold control to slow down. If you want to fly up or down you just need to aim your dino in the direction you want to go.

  • Now the only rare plant that instantly removes toxicity per bite is the rare jungle plant "Heliconia" and it removes 20% toxicity per bite.

  • Eating the underwater resource "Anemone" now causes 0.5% toxicity per bite.

  • The wide-open biomes such as the prairie biome's ambient distant roars' volume levels have been reduced to be between 0.375 and 0.5, down from 0.375 and 0.75.

  • There is now more of a variety of trees for the jungle biome.

  • The jungle biome now has different plants.

  • The prairie biome no longer has palm trees.

  • The dirt biome now has palm trees and small plants.

  • Some of the cliff, boulder, and rock models have been replaced with different models.

  • The acrocanthosaurus, carnotaurus, ceratosaurus, pachycephalosaurus, tarbosaurus, spinosaurus, tyrannosaurus, and velociraptor now use specular highlights and their materials use some "smoothness" now.

  • The baryonyx, deinosuchus, dimetrodon, and megalania now use less "smoothness" on their skin materials.

  • Your dinosaur no longer has to be hungry in order to have higher than 1.0 growth rate.

Performance:

  • Performance Improvement. Now resources enable and disable their "game object" instead of just enabling or disabling their renderers when showing or hiding the resource.

Fixed:

  • The allosaurus' 10 skin textures have been re-assigned to its skin materials and are now working properly.

  • Food is no longer floating in the air when spawning at nests.

  • Some terrain surrounding various ponds has been changed to non-cliff terrain to allow it to be walked over without sliding.
