Primal Survival changes
Steam post image We have reached 35,679 wishlists, and we truly cannot thank you enough for your support.
One of the reasons we released the demo at such an early stage was to see this kind of support. As a two-person team, we have been working at an intense pace to build the game we dream about, and there are times when our motivation drops and we feel exhausted. Seeing that our work resonates with people lifted all that fatigue off our shoulders and gave us an extra boost of motivation.
Our second goal in releasing the demo was to show you the kind of game we want to create. If we were able to convey the potential, concept, and atmosphere we are aiming for, then we feel we achieved our goal. At the moment, we believe we have built a solid foundation and we are very hopeful about the future.
We are aware that the game has missing parts and that we are only at the beginning of this journey. We will continue working to deliver the primitive survival experience we all dream about. The direction this game can go and the potential it has truly excite us.
Every day we discuss new ideas and read every suggestion you write. From a more primitive crafting system to NPC tribes, cave paintings, and skill trees, we are noting many great ideas and mechanics. Our goal is to choose the ones that work best together and bring the ones that fit our concept into a strong core structure.
We will update our roadmap soon and share these ideas with you. Community feedback is extremely important to us, and we want to remind you that your ideas can shape the game. Please share all your thoughts, both positive and negative, so that together we can build a survival game we will enjoy playing for years.
Thank you for being part of this journey.
