Last Breath Clinic opens its doors on February 6, 2026

Hello,

Since the Steam Next Fest demo last October, the game has evolved significantly, grown deeper, and is now preparing for release in the near future.

I didn’t have the opportunity to share updates week after week, so I hope this message reassures those of you who already enjoyed the experience, as well as those who haven’t taken the plunge yet, and sparks your curiosity once again.

Prescribe and Pray, the game about a not-so-qualified doctor:

With over 2,500 additional wishlists gained during the last festival, there’s no doubt many players found the experience enjoyable, intriguing, and refreshingly original.

That’s true. You’re absolutely right.

But you haven’t seen anything yet…

A quick reminder:

The demo offered (and still offers):

  • 5 in-game days

  • 5 absurd diseases

  • 3 diagnostic tools

  • 3 key story characters

For an estimated playtime of 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the player.

The full game will feature:

  • A brand-new menu visual identity

  • 31 in-game days (≈ 6 hours of gameplay)

  • 6 diagnostic tools

  • 6 major characters, each appearing multiple times throughout the story

  • Several unique (and missable) characters, all with their own backstories, moral choices, and rewards to enrich your playthroughs

  • Absurdity, cynicism, dark humor, and silly wordplay (especially in French)

  • New control rules and surveillance checkpoints to avoid sending your patients straight to the grave

  • A daily automatic save system (compatible with the upcoming demo update)

  • 20+ new diseases, each stranger than the last

  • 18 endings (including game over scenarios): Your actions and decisions will shape the path to your ending

  • Several achievements (work in progress)

A word from the developer:

A huge thank you to each and every one of you—players who took the time to step into my universe, added the game to their wishlist, left comments, and reported bugs or gameplay issues.

Without you, the game wouldn’t be where it is today.
