We’ve seen a lot of questions about the release date. We’ll share that very soon in a separate post. For now, here’s what we’ve been working on for the full release:
New Enemies
Your most requested feature is finally here: enemies! We’ve added three types of bats and a giant worm. We are already looking forward to your clips.
New UI
We’ve completely overhauled the UI. The demo was still using placeholder elements. Now everything has been redesigned to be cleaner, more readable, and much more polished.
New Items
We’ve added new tools to play with and brought back a fan favorite:
Extractor Throw it onto a surface to generate clods based on the material. For example, use it to generate Cheese Clods that generate more cheese material when thrown. We are excited to see what you come up with.
Long Range Warp Teleports the most distant player to the impact point. Perfect for teamwork… or chaos
Zipline Launcher (returning) Now fully implemented and ready to use
Weekly Challenge Mode
We’re introducing a brand new weekly challenge mode:
A fixed cave seed for everyone, changing weekly
Compete globally or with friends for the fastest time
Biomes will rotate each week: Dirt → Ice → Lava
Shorter runs (300m depth) for speedrunning
Everything is consistent, from item drops to lava flow. So if you want, you can optimize and route the perfect run.
A leaderboard in the park lets you compare times, and we’re also working on a Discord bot to share the results with our community.

Biome lengths rebalanced for better pacing:
Dirt Cave: 500m
Ice Cave: 600m
Lava Cave: 300m

What We're Working On
We’re in the final stretch! Right now we’re:
Replacing placeholder assets with final models
Adding more emotes
Polishing the ending so you can properly celebrate rescuing your dog
More performance optimisations and bugfixing
Demo & Playtest Plans
The demo will stay up until shortly before release, but we are not planning on major updates for it
Before release, we’ll stop the playtest and use it to provide keys for the full version for content creators.
