This is the update you have been waiting for - well, at least most of you, it seems!

If you are asking what we have been up to in the last months ....

…, the answer is we heard you. We listened to the feedback. And it was pretty unanimous - most of you liked the stylized art style of our first demos shown at Pixel and PAX more than the “inspired by Sims 2” approach we had pivoted to.

Who are we to judge!

So we went back to - not exactly the drawing board, but to the Greater Fringeshire, and created a Fogbottom and dozens of inhabitants to your liking.

Yes, including Aunty Marigold.

And yes, she is still dead - for now.

Aside from the all new visuals, we also have a new UI, new quests and characters, our events and factions system up and running, a whole new look and feel for the brewing itself and …

… a very suspicious Llama.

All that mixed with even more morbid humour in a fantasy realm where every single one of your potions counts for something! Oh, and did we mention that our coop multiplayer is also fully functional?

No?

We should, because it is!

So, with all the good news, you probably ask what the bad ones are …

… honestly, there is only one, and it is not bad per se. But to make the best “cosy alchemy shop sim meets RPG in a hilariously morbid fantasy world” game we can imagine, we are no longer dead set on releasing this year.

We will take our time and make Fogbottom a town you will never want to leave …

… except when the neighbouring kingdom is attacking. But that is another story …

Until then, follow us here and on our socials, wishlist us if you haven't already, and remember:

Never trust a Llama!
