Upgrade level stuck at 8 forever - FIXED Chip Text Color - FIXED Secret Pet Effects - FIXED

[Details]

Bread pet - Adds a 1% bonus to spawn rates. Chip Bags and Golden Tickets have a 1% reduced spawn timer when Bread is set to a Pet Slot.

Chip Frenzy - Adds a frenzy overlay to the screen. The frenzy will last for a short while and give increased chips during that time.

Secret Pet - ??? N/A ;)

[Gameplay Changes]

Balancing of the Golden Ticket spawn rate. Slight Increase to Fly Spawn chances (Should see them less now)
