Hey everyone, We’ve just pushed a new update live, and we are thrilled to announce that the frustrating startup crash affecting players with newer Intel CPUs (10th Generation and above) has been completely resolved.

changedWhat this means for you: If you previously used the manual workaround we posted in the Support section (messing with Windows environment variables or using custom launch scripts) , you no longer need to do this! You can safely revert those changes and delete those scripts. The game will now boot up flawlessly right out of the box for everyone.

We know this has been a longstanding annoyance for those of you upgrading your rigs. The issue was tied to a deep, engine-level hardware check, but we've successfully implemented a permanent fix directly into the game's executable.

What this means for you: If you previously used the manual workaround we posted in the Support section (messing with Windows environment variables or using custom launch scripts), you no longer need to do this! You can safely revert those changes and delete those scripts. The game will now boot up flawlessly right out of the box for everyone.
