changedBar/ restaurant/ cafe. It may not sound so obvious but there is a great potential in such places. Post industrial premises have an unique atmosphere which can suit best for fancy, modern restaurants. What is more, a lot of space is perfect for places which want to organise events and parties like weddings for example. Such a spot would be also great if you want to do cosy concerts, or stand-up nights. You can also adapt this as a local theater. Maybe you won’t see in this kind of places classics like Shakespears but it would be perfect for modern and alternative arts.
changedSpeaking about art, maybe you should consider an art gallery? Fancy ones where wine is served to every guest. Or maybe a museum? It would be a great idea to use old items which you found while renovating a factory. You can show the history of manufacturing something!
changedDo you prefer something else? Then maybe try to make a modern museum of science? A place where kids and adults can interact with an exhibition? Trust me, such places are cool.

You can also renovate it as a hotel or apartments. Where will be a sports center, wellness etc.

Do you have any more ideas what can be in post industrial places? Tell us in the comments!
