Update 1.53 - Music in harbours and ETA bugfixes

Update 1.53 Bugfixed the ETA was missing the captains wall, now added again. Also changed it now shows the time to travel plus the load and unload time. So this should get better estimation. Attention in the rest of the menues you will only see the travel time.

User Wish Music in Harbours. As in the classic POCXXL version now harbours can have music when arriving, I added all the POCXXL music parts plus some new music. Here some examples for the ETA also some images for teh Japanese version. and dont wonder for testing especially the harbour musics I use the very fast FUTURA ship. So ETA is small here, for this kind of ship there is no load and unload time. 3. currenty music is in a.wav format you can add them yourself but I will if intersted make a tutorial or workshop on this. also volunteered music or harbour images are welcome.
