  • Added using the spike strip at the border adds an encounter action

  • Implemented new border shift tutorial

  • Fixed duty star popup not showing for locked tools

  • Fixed Inventory shows no items sometimes

  • Fixed NPVs spawn in wrong direction on border exit streets

  • Fixed CPR bug on NPC that was shot just before they surrender

  • Implemented no CP loss accessibility setting

  • Added weigh station callout proposal spawn when close to a weigh station

  • Fixed various visual errors
