New name - Police Simulator: Patrol Duty

, A few of you have already noticed some first changes happening on the Steam page of POLICE SIMULATOR 18. If your sleuthing instincts are telling you that this might have something to do with an imminent release of the game, congratulations: you are absolutely right! Due to the advanced time, POLICE Simulator 18 will be published under a new name “Police Simulator: Patrol Duty” and released exclusively on Steam on June 18, 2019. Those of you who have closely followed the development already know that due to severe technical problems the release of POLICE SIMULATOR had to be delayed month by month. There are also some features that were initially intended to become part of the game that have proven to be a greater challenge in the development process than originally estimated which in turn made an adjustment of the game’s scope a necessity. In “Police Simulator: Patrol Duty” you will now experience the normal everyday tasks of a police officer that include, for example, issuing parking tickets, recording accidents, questioning witnesses, gathering evidence on crime scenes and checking the identity of persons and vehicles. Simply put: a classic job simulator, so please do not expect SWAT missions or something similar action packed. It will also unfortunately not be possible to include further features beyond the already existing ones. Because of this changed feature set, the game will be available for 14.99 Euro/17.99 USD/13.49 GBP exclusively on Steam starting June 18, 2019. Your POLICE Team
