Police Chief Simulator: Prologue - Early Days changes
Over the past few weeks, we've shared several devlogs focused on the employee system. Today we'd like to bring everything together and show how all these features connect to create a living police station.
Everything begins with recruitment. New officers can be hired through the HiredIN application, and once they're employed, each receives their own locker at the station. That's where their journey as part of your department begins.
The next step is assigning officers to their duties. Every employee has unique skills that improve while working in specific rooms. As they gain experience, they'll become more valuable to your station... but they'll also expect better salaries.
Once everything is properly organized, the station begins running like a well-coordinated team. Some officers welcome citizens at the reception desk, while others investigate cases behind the scenes in the Detective Room, keeping the department running smoothly day after day.
This is only the beginning of the employee system. The full version of the game will introduce more rooms, more responsibilities, and even deeper management mechanics, which we'll continue to reveal in future devlogs.
