Shortly after the successful opening of the local car dealership, a new criminal group began operating throughout the city. Today we'd like to introduce one of the factions you'll encounter in the Demo and the full version of the game.

Shadow's Gang is one of the many arms of the organization known as the Shadow Cartel. They smelled blood in the water when fresh money started flowing into Winston Springs' economy and decided it was the perfect time to reel in the biggest catches. Yes... that's four fishing references in a single sentence. We know.

No one truly knows what they're planning. Its members blend seamlessly into everyday crowds, only revealing themselves when it's time for a job. Dressed in black clothing and recognizable by their black gloves, the lowest-ranking members usually handle reconnaissance and acts of vandalism... but that's only the beginning.

Standing above them all is a mysterious figure known only as Shadow. Who is he? Where did he come from? And does someone in Winston Springs already know his true identity? We'll leave those answers for a future devlog.
