Quality of Life Update

First of all, thank you so much for playing Poetry Pigeon! It's been amazing to see everyone's reviews and playthroughs! Here's our first update, focusing on two of the biggest issues I've noticed people having:

• First of all, the game wasn't working on QWERTZ, AZERTY, etc. Oops! That should be fixed now :) If it still doesn't work for you, please let me know what kind of keyboard you're using!

• Second, I noticed a lot of people playing in pipeless just to see how long a level is, which you really shouldn't have to do. So now each level has a progress bar at the top of the screen so you can see how far you have to go
