Patch Notes

General

  • Lots of models have been replaced with updated and improved versions in just about every aspect of the game.

  • All the decor in the game has been marked as "Static" and as a result, can be batched and rendered more efficiently (FPS+)

  • The physics system has had some changes, resulting in more accurate but more intensive physics simulations. This should help reduce the weirdness with some of the coins/marbles and certain interactable elements

  • Fixed an issue where coins and marbles were not randomizing their spawn location by small amounts

  • Fixed an issue where marbles were being spun like tops when they spawned, the Conservation of Angular momentum was causing them to become overly stable as a result

Main Menu

  • Updated various UI elements to help make it clear what you can click on and what you can't

Prize Center

Customization Shop

  • Random Skin Selection is now the default behavior

  • Added Customization Loadouts

  • Both Coins and Marbles have their own set of 4 loadouts, with little preview tooltips to help you remember

  • Reduced the size of the selectable customization options by 33%

  • Reduced the spacing between the options

  • Added a UI indicator to inform the player that they can drag the menus

  • Updated various UI elements to help make it clear what you can click on and what you can't

  • Added 8 Marbles

  • Added 8 Coins

Trophies & Capsule Machine

  • Updated various UI elements to help make it clear what you can click on and what you can't

  • Updated the Trophy Stand to be unique per collection

  • Improved various trophy models

  • Updated all decorative block models to a much less resource intense model

  • Adjusted the hitboxes of the Pumpkins to help prevent stuck coins

  • Fixed Ghosts casting shadows

  • Fixed the placement of the left coin chute being 1 unit too far to the right

Winter Wonderland

  • Total Tris: 1.2m -> 341k (850k+ reduction!!!!!)

  • Changed the tree model to be a much less complex model and as a result, massively increased performance

  • Updated all decorative block models to a much less resource intense model

  • Updated Mega Pusher Models and Button

  • Updated Camera Track positions

  • Mega Pusher distance increased by 33% (4 units total now)

  • Updated and adjusted Options menu to be more clear

Spring Breeze

  • Total Tris: 439k -> 361k (70k+ reduction)

  • Updated all decorative block models to a much less resource intense model

  • Updated Mega Pusher Models and Button

  • Updated Camera Track positions

  • Added 4 more Bumpers and doubled the coin value per hit

  • Reduced the minimum and maximum coins per ticket to 115 and 140 respectively

  • Updated and adjusted Options menu to be more clear

Warehouse

  • Updated Mega Pusher Button

  • Updated Camera Track positions

  • Fixed the Materials being about 15% darker than intended

  • Fixed NPCs phasing into the ground

  • Due to the physics changes, several additional changes had to be made to this board

  • Glass panels added to the sides of the upper half to aid the marbles

  • Additional Bumpers have been introduced to the middle lane

  • Ticket Reward has been increased slightly based on simulation data gathered in dev after these changes

  • Updated and adjusted Options menu to be more clear

  • Normalized the music perceived loudness to be more in line with the rest of the music in the game
