Plush Time changes
What a weekend!
Showing Plush Time at ABRING 2025 was an incredible ride — two packed days full of laughter, chaos, and cake fights. As a solo dev, it meant the world to see the booth constantly buzzing, with players lining up, excited to dive into the game.
One unexpected star of the show? Sugar Rush — the minigame where players brawl over a cake. It was a fan favorite, and hearing people cheer, laugh, and come back for rematches gave me a clear signal: I’ll definitely be cooking up more combat-focused minigames soon.
Leading up to the event was a bit of a sprint — a good kind of crunch — as I added tons of new content just in time. The build featured 9 fully playable minigames and 5 unique rooms, and seeing people interact with all the new features for the first time made every sleepless night worth it.
Best of all? I walked away with a notebook full of insightful feedback and brilliant suggestions from both players and fellow developers.
The project is inching closer to its first public milestone: a Steam demo featuring 15 minigames, 6 rooms, 2 game modes, and 1 full board to explore.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by, shared kind words, and played along. I can’t wait to share what’s next.
