Update instructions and future plans

Update Description:

1. Re enable cloud archiving.

2. Delete two cheaters from the ranking.

3. In the puzzle workshop and the puzzle portrait, add more game default avatars, which can be selected in steam personal settings.

4. Modify the inconsistency between the cover and the title of the funny collage portrait (change the hand-painted portrait to portrait)

Then try to fix the bug again. It is now suspected that the filename is too long or the suffix is in a false format.

1. Locally import the file name that is too long (but it seems that not all jpgs and PNGS are triggered and have been tested personally), (it may be unnecessary to change the DLC subscription), restart the game, and all the pictures will disappear. (another player said that he encountered a file name that was too long and triggered a bug. The file became 0kb and could not be deleted.)
