[Notice] Notice of Dormant Account Username Reset

To help more Citizens use the Username they want, we will regularly reset the Usernames of accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.

Whether a Username Reset will take place and the eligibility cutoff date will be announced in the patch notes before each scheduled update maintenance. Please see the details below for more information about the eligibility requirements and rules for Username Reset.

■ Username Reset Eligibility - Accounts that have not logged in for an extended period. * The detailed login activity criteria will be announced in the patch notes when a Username Reset is scheduled. * Accounts that have changed their Username using paid Gems are not eligible for a Username Reset.

■ Username Reset Rules - "!PT_" will be added to the beginning of the Username of eligible accounts. Example: Play Together → !PT_Play Together - Once a Username has been reset, the original Username will become available for other Citizens to use.

■ Username Reset Compensation - Eligible accounts will receive one Free Username Change. - You can use your Free Username Change by going to [My Info] → [Edit Profile]. * However, if you have not yet used the one-time Free Username Change provided when your account was created, this additional benefit will not be granted.

■ Please Note - If you do not want your Username to be reset, please check the login activity criteria announced in each patch note. - This Reset applies only to your Username. All other game data, including your Costumes, Pets, Housing, and other game data, will remain unchanged. - If there are any future changes to the management of dormant account data or our service operation policies, we will notify you through a separate announcement.
