Flashing lights, buzzing machines, and the sound of high scores can only mean one thing... Arcades have arrived in Planet Coaster 2!

Lets dive into the new features and improvements.

Features

Entertainment tab

• A new Entertainment tab has been added to the object browser.

• From here players will be able to access the new Arcades content introduced in Update 9

Arcade Games Steam post image Some guests love rollercoasters. Others love beating high scores.

With this update, both groups can now be happy thanks to the addition of arcade games.

• The following Arcade machines are included in this free update:

  • Atari Asteroids® Arcade Cabinet

  • Atari Centipede® Arcade Cabinet

  • Atari Pong® Arcade Cabinet

  • Claw Machine

  • Claw Machine (Ticket)

  • Fortune Machine

  • Token Tumble

  • Feat of Strength

  • Alley-Oop

  • Yeet Ball

  • Paddle Battle

  • Video Game Cabinet

  • Popup Panic

  • Hoop Throw

• Guests can win prizes from the machines directly or tickets which can be swapped for prizes at the Prize Counter

• Park Managers can decide how many tickets and prizes their guests can win from their arcades

• Coasters that have headlights now have a toggle in their customise panel that will allow players to turn the lights on, off or set to only at night!

Coaster Upgrades

• New track variations have been added across a range of rides—including thick beam options for several V&N coasters.

• Outamax coasters also get expanded track styles, with tri-tube, and bi-tube variations now available.

• And the V&N Wing coaster now supports LSM launch and hold track pieces.
