There are still a few quirks to iron out of the summer patch I've been promising, and I wanted to take some time to provide in depth transparency on what is currently happening with the Early Access phase of Pizza Delivery 3000.

The reality of the current development situation is simply this; I spent three years working on the game before launching on Early Access in March, and while I am extremely proud of where it is at today... there is still significant work to be done to make it a "good game". After such a long development grind, I had to walk away from the code for a while to reset creatively. The summer patch is nearly complete - but I am taking a few weeks to focus on another creative endeavor and decompress from the world of pizza. This will help in the long run - allowing me to come back with fresh eyes and bring the game to the level it needs to be in order to provide a fun experience filled with incentive to come back and play again and again.

I'll make an effort to provide some more regular (smaller) updates to keep all of you delivery drivers out there up to speed!

Thanks for reading. Thanks for playing. Keep checking back - more to come!
