Patch notes for June 29.

26 new skill tree nodes added. Flame Whip, Umbral Brood, Shockwave Core, Shiruken and Spear Throw skill nodes and cold, physical and dark level nodes. Added fusion cosmetic system for Valtherra cosmetics.

Fixed an issue with Gambler Star mastery making all rare drops uncraftable. Now it only affects boss drops.
Fixed an issue with Steam opening multiple instances when you do Alt+tab.
Fixed an issue with Comet and Storm skill tree nodes weren't affecting the skill.
