addedPixel Ripped is back with a brand new nostalgia-fueled virtual reality game-within-a-game, this time in the year 1995! To restore balance to multiple dimensions, our videogame hero Dot recruits the help of the best gamer from 1995, an unassuming 9-year-old boy named David. Join this unlikely duo through challenging throwbacks to all your favorite classics from the late 16-bit and early 32-bit era of games inside a virtual reality world, all while maneuvering through the real life challenges of a kid who just wants to save the world by doing what he does best - playing videogames. The game evokes a genuine nostalgic feeling, such as the adrenaline of playing games without getting caught after your mom told you to go to bed, or the thrill of finding that brand new game at the store. Play through homages to the best video games and genres from the 1990s, including action RPGs, brawlers, space shooters and racing games. You have to do all that and more while you dodge the ire of your parents through multiple environments - including your living room, bedroom, the local video rental store, the arcade at the pier, and more.
changedAs both the Game World and Real World lie in chaos due to Cyblin Lord's actions, Dot needs to team up with 9-year-old gamer David to restore balance to the universe. To control Dot and David at the same time, you need to combine their strengths and face the challenges inside and out of the video game. Use Dot's fighting skills and agility to traverse intricate 2D and 3D levels, while finding innovative ways to help you on your quest by interacting with David's real surroundings. As the two worlds blend together more and more, be prepared for all the challenges, goofiness and nostalgia that only a Pixel Ripped adventure can provide.
addedSequel to a fan favorite and award winning Pixel Ripped 1989, the game focuses on when technology reached its limit and the consoles started to get extra chips and add-ons in order to get games as close as possible to 3D graphics. With 6 fully original and highly differentiated levels, where each one feels like an entire new game, Pixel Ripped 1995 is an incredible journey for both VR and retro gamers.

Born as a passion project of Creative Director Ana Ribeiro — who not only has creative superpowers, but also personifies Dot, the game's hero. The result is a nostalgic, wacky universe resonated with retro gamers all across the world. Aiming to encourage and appreciate the involvement of its extremely supportive community, the Pixel Team allowed players to influence the future of the series by voting on their favorite years for Dot to explore next. Therefore, in the second game of the franchise, our hero comes back to prove her skills in the fan-favorite year of 1995!
